£100 deposit. Total price including accomodation and lunches £895. You’ll be invoiced for the remaining balance via email 8 weeks prior to the retreat date.
Those of you who have not completed an IFS introductory workshop will be offered a space in a workshop prior to the retreat, included in the retreat price. Please see the introduction to IFS link for training dates and times. This will ensure that everyone in the space has some awareness of the therapy model we are using.
The 3 days will be held in Brinscall hall, a retreat and meditation centre in Lancashire.
The time will be held within the Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) model and blended with body practices informed by Polyvagal Theory and neuroscience to release Self energy, inner and outer resourcing for your personal healing and growth. Somatic therapy work to heal trauma held within the body will be offered alongside IFS in action within a connected and safe group space.
The schedule will be shaped daily as according to the needs and processes of each individual in the group.

This retreat will be led by Zandra Bamford, a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Approved IFS Consultant & Certified IFS Therapist with over 20 years experience working with trauma within a deeply compassionate and holistic approach. We will also be supported by IFS trained and experienced supporters who excel in their field.
