Join me for a day on grief. 

This is an experiential one day space to explore your grief and loss from a parts perspective.

Using an lens and somatic approaches .

We will be with grief as much broader than (but including) loss of a loved one, also considering the grief of our expectations not being met, grief held in our systems from our ancestors, grief of events in the world, grief about the harm we have caused others in our lives and the grief that our parts hold as our life changes as we and our families age. In addition to the grief held by our parts as we heal and consider all that was and all that wasn’t.
