Transforming Trauma with IFS (online)

A deeply immersive 10 day programme on transforming trauma with parts work.

We will be walking you through the steps of transformation, and working with multiple selves / parts within the protective system and ones holding trauma experiences from both the inside and the outside. 

We will be exploring very young / early childhood trauma and attachment wounding, grief, shame, addictions and parts that hold burdens passed down through generations. 

A deeply immersive and therapeutic Programme on Transforming Trauma.

This will be a nourishing and nurturing space for you, highly experiential and is primarily a journey of personal work, exploration and healing whilst also offering skills to work with trauma in your clients, reigniting the passion, confidence and gentleness in your work and lives.

We are unique in that many of our staff supporters are Approved IFS Clinical Consultants and / or IFS Certified Therapists.

The programme is held online, in community and connection with each other. There will be sessional spaces for 1:1 work with a supporter, sessions held in the large group and individual internal explorations.

No prior knowledge or experience of parts work is required, but a good grounding in one therapeutic modality is necessary and a willingness to explore your own history and expeirences of trauma in their broadest sense.
